Physik Instrumente UK’s stacked Autumn events calendar
Physik Instrumente (PI) UK has released the dates of multiple events for the remainder of 2021, including workshops and presentations from industry leaders and application experts. The face-to-face opportunities taking place in September and October will showcase the company’s performance automation solutions for laser processing, active alignment systems for photonics, and high-speed free space optical communication technologies.
The first event begins in Manchester on September 15, at euspen’s MATADOR Conference on Advanced Manufacturing, where visitors can see PI’s high throughput, high precision industrial mechanics, and ACS’s EtherCAT Master Motion Controller, first hand. The company will then demonstrate a range of technologies that supports fast and precise photonics alignment applications at SPIE’s Photonex + Vacuum Technologies exhibition on September 29 and 30. PI will also exhibit its cost-effective industrial linear stage series – including the L-812 and V-857 – that is geared for high-performance applications, and discuss its free space optical communication technologies with the piezo driven top/tilt mirror system. Finally, on October 6, Cliff Jolliffe, Head of Automation Market Segment at PI, will chair AILU’s meeting, Digital Technology in Laser Manufacturing, which is scheduled for both live and remote access. Multiple speakers will cover a range of topics on the future of laser-based manufacturing, discussing the technologies that will drive increased throughput and heightened precision of laser-based processes.
Precision positioning is continually evolving, with new applications and technical possibilities arising each year, so don’t miss your opportunity to see the latest cutting-edge products in action. And, if you can’t make these events, PI’s UK Technology Centre in Cranfield showcases the company’s range of technologies and mechanical combinations for various application areas, allowing up to date access to its latest solutions.
